This product employs fourth-generation short-process continuous casting and rolling technology. It uses a high-pressure water descaling system to remove the oxide layer and pairs it with precise temperature control rolling processes, achieving a surface smoothness of Ra≤0.8μm. The technological breakthroughs are reflected in three aspects: first, through micro-alloying design to optimize the carbon equivalent ratio, adding trace amounts of Nb and Ti elements to C-Mn base materials, which increases the yield strength to 350MPa while maintaining an elongation rate of over 22%; second, constructing a six-roll UCM mill intelligent control system to achieve lateral thickness fluctuations of ≤±1.5%; third, innovating a mist anti-rust oil film technology, extending the storage cycle to 180 days without rusting.


The production line is equipped with 23 sets of online monitoring devices such as X-ray thickness gauges and laser plate shape meters, establishing a comprehensive quality traceability system. Product specifications cover thickness ranges from 0.3 to 3.0mm, customizable for high-precision tolerance bands (±0.03mm) and special surface treatment processes (such as phosphate coating, electrostatic oil coating). Through raw material strategic direct procurement, waste heat recycling, and other five cost-reduction plans, unit energy consumption is reduced by 18% compared to industry averages, providing customers with solutions that combine excellent mechanical properties and cost advantages, particularly suitable for high-end manufacturing fields such as automotive structural components and precision household appliance shells.
