Description
Galvanized steel plates are welded steel plates with hot-dip plating or electrogalvanized galvanized layers on the surface. They are generally widely used in construction, home appliances, vehicles and ships, container manufacturing, mechanical and electrical industries, etc. Galvanized steel plates are divided into ordinary electrolytic plates and fingerprint-resistant electrolytic plates. Fingerprint-resistant plates are added to the basis of ordinary electrolytic plates, which can resist sweat. They are generally used on parts that do not do any treatment. The grade is SECC-N. Ordinary electrolytic plates are divided into phosphating plates and passivation plates. Phosphorylation is more commonly used, and the grade is SECC-P, commonly known as p material. Passivation plates can be divided into oil-coated or non-coated. For example: Hot-dip galvanized steel plate (SGCC) has one advantage over electro-galvanized steel plate (SECC). SECC bends and cross-sections are very prone to rust, and SGCC has much better rust resistance under the same conditions. High-quality chassis usually uses SECC or SGCC galvanized steel plates. The chassis steel plates using this material are shiny in color and have a metallic luster. The advantage of this steel plate is its good corrosion resistance. Electro-galvanized steel plate (SECC): uniform gray, mainly imported, fingerprint-resistant, has excellent corrosion resistance, and maintains the processability of cold-rolled plates. Uses: Home appliances, computer case shells, and some door panels and panels. Hot-dip zinc steel plate (SGCC): dip-plated, bright white, small zinc flower (hard to see), large zinc flower can clearly see hexagonal pieces. There are only two factories in China Steel, Taiwan Province, and Shengyu Steel Corporation, which can produce them. There are no steel mills in mainland China that can produce high-quality materials, which mainly rely on imports. Main characteristics: corrosion resistance, paintability, forming and spot welding properties. It is extremely widely used and is mainly used for small appliances that require a good appearance. However, compared with SECC, it is more expensive, so many manufacturers switch to SECC to save costs. According to zinc: The size of the zinc flower and the thickness of the zinc layer can indicate the quality of the galvanizing, the smaller the thickness, the better. Manufacturers can also increase fingerprint resistance processing. Also, it can be distinguished by its plating layer, such as Z12, which means that the sum of the double-sided plating layer is 120g/mm. For example: Aluminum-galvanized steel plate (SGLD): is a multi-phase alloy material containing aluminum and zinc-rich. Because of the characteristics of aluminum and zinc, it has better performance than hot-dip zinc steel plate (SGCC). Main characteristics: corrosion resistance, its ability is much higher than SGCC; heat resistance; heat conduction and heat reflectivity; moldability; welding. Use: used in some places requiring good reflectivity, such as the reflective plate inside the oven and the reflective plate of the electric cooker. Hot-dip zinc steel plate (SGCC) is generally used, aluminum-galvanized steel plate (SGLD) is deep stamping, and SGCE is ultra-deep stamping.
