Description
The cold-rolled coil is made of hot-rolled coils as raw material and rolled at room temperature below the recrystallization temperature, including plates and coils. Among them, the ones delivered in a row are called steel plates, also called box plates or flat plates; the ones delivered in a long length and in a roll are called steel belts, also called coil plates. Cold-rolled coil (annealed state): It is obtained by the cold-hard coil after cover annealing before rolling. After annealing, the work hardening phenomenon and internal stress are eliminated (significantly reduced), that is, the yield strength is reduced close to before cold rolling. It is rolling under recrystallization, but it is generally understood as rolling using a normal temperature rolling material. Aluminum cold rolling is divided into plate rolling and foil rolling. Those with a thickness of 0.15~ or above are called plates, and those with a thickness of 0.15~ or below are called foils. Europe and the United States mostly use 3 to 6 continuous rolling mills as cold rolling equipment. Since heating is not performed during the production process, there are no defects such as pitting and iron oxide that are common in hot rolling, and the surface quality is good and the finish is high. Moreover, cold-rolled products have high dimensional accuracy, and the product's performance and organization can meet some special usage requirements, such as electromagnetic performance, deep-drain performance, etc. Specifications: Thickness is 0.2-4mm, width is 600-2 000mm, and steel plate length is 1 200-6 000mm. Grades: Q195A-Q235A, Q195AF-Q235AF, Q295A(B)-Q345 A(B); SPCC, SPCD, SPCE, ST12-15; DC01-06 Performance: Mainly used low carbon steel grades, requiring good cold bending and welding performance, as well as certain stamping performance. The coil is a type of steel sheet, which is actually a long and narrow thin steel sheet that is supplied into a coil. The coil and the flat plate are almost a cut-packed cold hard coil plate. The hot-rolled coil plate is obtained by pickling and cold rolling. It can be said to be a type of cold rolled coil. Cold-rolled coil (annealed state): The hot-rolled coil is obtained by pickling, cold rolling, cover annealing, flattening, (finishing). There are three main differences between the two: 1. In terms of appearance, the cold and hard curly plate is a bit slight black. 2. Cold-rolled plates such as surface quality, structure, and dimensional accuracy are better than cold hard coil plates. 3. In terms of performance, the cold hard coil plate directly obtained by the hot-rolled coil plate through the cold rolling process will be hardened during cold rolling, resulting in an increase in yield strength and a part of the internal stress remaining, which is more "hard", so it is called a cold hard coil plate. Therefore, the yield strength: the cold-hard rolled coil is greater than the cold-rolled rolled coil (annealed state), making the cold-rolled rolled coil (annealed state) more conducive to stamping and forming. Generally, the default delivery state of cold-rolled coils is annealed.
